BAHRAIN

The "Blue" loyalty programme ("Blue Programme") in Bahrain is operated by Al Futtaim Sons Co. WL.L., a company incorporated in Bahrain having its registered office at Shop: 249 Building:2102 Road:2825 Block:428, Seef District, Kingdom of Bahrain

The Blue Programme is available free of charge for any natural person who is over eighteen (18) years of age, residing in United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Egypt (“Territories“) holding a Blue Programme online application (“Blue App”).

The Blue App may be downloaded from the Google Play store or the Apple App Store in the Territories. In order to be registered in the Blue Programme, the customer must provide the Blue Programme with all necessary information for the creation of an account, ("Customer Information"), including but not limited to:

first name(s);
last name;
email address;
mobile number;
country of residence;
date of birth;
gender; and
nationality
Other information, such as additional customer contact details (gender, forename, date of birth) may be sent by the customer, if the customer so wishes. After completing registration, the Blue App will create the customer's individual account, with their own barcode, ready for use as part of the Blue Programme.

The Blue App can be used in all Al-Futtaim Group’s retail stores enrolled in the Blue Programme in the Territories. When the Blue App is used in a different country from the one where the customer is registered, any cashback earned can only be redeemed in the country the Blue App was registered.

The Blue App and associated account number and barcode are valid for an unlimited duration; however, if the customer has not made a purchase for two (2) consecutive years with his/her Blue App, the customer's account will become dormant and can be re-activated once used.

The Blue App is for the sole and personal use of the customer and may under no circumstances be sold, lent or transferred, nor used for any other purposes than those defined by Al Futtaim Sons Co. WL.L. in these Terms of Use.

By enrolling in the Blue Program, the customer unconditionally grants consent to Al Futtaim Sons Co. WL.L. to collect, retain, use and disclose information associated with the customer's membership or otherwise provided to Al Futtaim Sons Co. WL.L. any other members of Al Futtaim Group of companies or any Blue Programme partners pursuant to the Blue Programme, including the Customer Information and information relating to customer's use of the Blue App and/or the Blue Programme.

Acceptance of the Terms of Use

This website or mobile application is operated by the Al Futtaim Sons Co. WL.L. (collectively, the “Company", “we", “us", or “our"). The following terms and conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, these “Terms of Use"), govern your access to and use of our websites related to the Blue Programme, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through our websites, and our online applications that run on smart phones, tablets and other devices which provide dedicated non-browser-based interaction between you and such websites (all of which are collectively called our “Website"), as a registered user.

Please read the Terms of Use carefully before you start to use the Website. By using the Website, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Website.

Persons who are under the age of eighteen (18) years of age may only use our Website with legal parental or guardian consent. Accordingly, you agree that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, representations and warranties set forth in these Terms of Use; otherwise, please exit the Website. SINGAPORE

The "Blue" loyalty programme ("Blue Programme") is operated by AL FUTTAIM RETAIL COMPANY (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD, a private company incorporated in Singapore having its registered office at 171 Chin Swee Road, #06-01 CES Centre, Singapore 169877. The Blue Programme is available free of charge for any natural person who is over eighteen (18) years of age, residing in Malaysia, Singapore or Hong Kong (collectively the “Territories” and each a “Territory”) holding a Blue Programme online application (“Blue App”).

The Blue App may be downloaded from the Google Play store or the Apple App Store in the Territories. In order to be registered in the Blue Programme, the user (referred to as “User” or “you”) must provide the Blue Programme with all necessary information (“User Information”) for the creation of an account, including but not limited to:

first name(s);
last name;
email address;
mobile number;
country of residence;
date of birth;
gender; and
nationality !!
Other information, such as additional User contact details (gender, forename, date of birth) may be sent by the User, if the User so wishes. After completing registration, the Blue App will create the User's individual account, with their own barcode, ready for use as part of the Blue Programme.

The Blue App can be used in all Al-Futtaim Retail Group stores enrolled in the Blue Programme in the Territories. When the Blue App is used in a different country from the one where the User is registered, any cashback earned can only be redeemed in the country the Blue App was registered.

The Blue App and associated account number and barcode are valid for an unlimited duration; however, if the User has not made a purchase for two (2) consecutive years with his/her Blue App, the User's account will become dormant and can be re-activated once used.

The Blue App is for the sole and personal use of the User and may under no circumstances be sold, lent or transferred, nor used for any other purposes than those defined by AL FUTTAIM RETAIL COMPANY (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD in these Terms of Use.
