Dubai Festival City Mall Points Program

Points Earning Rules:

1. The Points Program is valid exclusively at Dubai Festival City Mall. Blue Points may only be earned on eligible transactions completed at participating stores within Dubai Festival City Mall. Purchases made at stores located outside Dubai Festival City Mall are not eligible for earning Blue Points.
2. Blue members earn:
   • 2 Blue Points per 1 Dirham spent on Entertainment & Leisure
   • 1.5 Points per 1 Dirham spent on F&B
   • 1 Point per 1 Dirham spent on Fashion, Apparel, Health & Beauty
   • 0.5 Point per 1 Dirham spent on Home & Lifestyle Services
   • 0.25 Point per 1 Dirham spent on Grocery for every successful receipt scanned at Dubai Festival City Mall stores.
3. Each receipt may be submitted only once and cannot be reused for point accumulation.
4. Only original receipts from the merchant are eligible. Duplicate, modified, or tampered receipts will not be processed.
5. Uploaded receipts must be clearly visible, showing the total amount, purchase date, store information, bill ID or reference code, and receipt header.
6. Receipts must be submitted within 3 days of the transaction date. Submissions beyond this period will not be accepted.
7. Charge slip receipts from swipe machines are not eligible for points.
8. Blue Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or sold.
9. Blue Points will be credited to members’ accounts within 3 to 4 working days of submitting a valid receipt. This period may be extended if verification is required.
10. By participating, Blue members consent to the collection, use, and processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Data will be used solely for programme administration, receipt verification, and point allocation.
11. Blue Rewards reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these terms and conditions at its sole discretion. Changes take immediate effect unless otherwise stated.
12. Blue Rewards reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to impose a cap on the maximum number of points a member can earn.
13. If fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected, Blue Rewards may suspend or disable accounts, cancel accumulated points, and prevent future accrual. Points will not be awarded during any account suspension, even for valid receipts.
14. Only receipts dated on or after the official launch of the Points Program, 15 September 2025, will be eligible for participation. Receipts issued prior to this date will not be accepted.
15. Telecom providers, banks, and other brands and/or companies may be excluded from participation in the Blue Rewards Points Program at Dubai Festival City Mall.
16. Brands of the Al-Futtaim Group located within Dubai Festival City Mall, including IKEA, Toys “R” Us, Marks & Spencer, KIABI, and ACE, are excluded from participation in the Points Earning Program. Purchases made at these brands shall, however, remain eligible for benefits under the Al-Futtaim Group Cashback Program.
